Thank you for shopping with Off Days Pickleball. The following shipping policy outlines how orders are processed and delivered.

Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment is received.

Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

Shipping times will vary depending on your location and the carrier selected at checkout.

Estimated delivery times typically range from 2–7 business days within the United States, but delivery times are not guaranteed.

Please note that shipping carriers may experience delays that are outside of our control.

Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on:

  • Package weight

  • Shipping destination

  • Selected shipping service

Any applicable taxes or shipping charges will be clearly displayed before completing your purchase.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email so you can monitor the delivery status of your package.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Off Days Pickleball is not responsible for lost or stolen packages after they have been marked as delivered by the shipping carrier.

If your package shows as delivered but cannot be located, we recommend:

  • Checking with neighbors or household members

  • Contacting the shipping carrier directly

  • Checking around the delivery location

Incorrect Shipping Address

Customers are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address at checkout.

If an incorrect address is entered and the package has already shipped, we may not be able to reroute the order.

Any additional shipping costs incurred due to incorrect addresses may be the responsibility of the customer.

Damaged Shipments

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Please include:

  • Your order number

  • Photos of the damaged product

  • Photos of the packaging

We will review the situation and work with you to resolve the issue.

International Shipping

At this time, Off Days Pickleball may limit shipping to certain regions. If international shipping is offered, customers are responsible for:

  • Any customs duties or import taxes

  • Any fees required by their country

Delivery times for international shipments may vary.
