At Off Days Pickleball, we want you to feel confident in your purchase. Please review our return policy below.
New Products
New products may be returned within 14 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return:

The item must be unused and in original condition

The item must include all original packaging and accessories

Proof of purchase is required
If the item is returned used, damaged, or without packaging, the return may be denied or partially refunded.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
Used Products
All used paddles and used gear are final sale and not eligible for return or refund.
Because used products vary in condition and are sold at discounted prices, we cannot accept returns on these items.
Used Paddle Authenticity Guarantee
We guarantee that all of our used paddles are genuine and authentic.
If you can demonstrate that a paddle purchased from Off Days Pickleball is not authentic, and the paddle is returned in the same condition as when it was sold, you will receive a 100% refund.
In this situation, Off Days Pickleball will also cover the cost of return shipping.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery so we can make it right.

Refund Processing
Once your return is received and inspected, refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
